The Swanee Theatre is typically used as a live music or performance venue. The entire facility and its smaller meeting rooms is available for rentals. It is located in the heart of downtown on West Avenue and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, Atrium Health Ballpark, and the Kannapolis Amtrack Train Station. The marquee is available for special occasion messaging.

Standard Rate

Professional Events

$200 per hour (2 hour minimum. Includes tables, chairs, linens.)

Social Events

$350 per hour (4 hour minimum. Includes tables, chairs, linens.)

$50 per hour (Required for all rentals when using sound system)

$20 per hour (Required if bar service is requested)

A venue service charge of $150 will apply for all groups serving alcohol. Sales tax may be added to the above rates.
