Where do I buy tickets?

Ticket sales are sold through E-tix (www.etix.com) for all events held at The Swanee Theatre. Purchasing tickets from any other seller or site exposes you to a high risk of receiving fraudulent tickets or paying inflated prices. Your name must be on our ticket list, or you must be accompanied by a group ticket holder, with matching form of payment for admittance.

The Swanee Theatre neither promotes nor endorses the use of any other third-party ticketing agencies.

Tickets for shows may also be purchased at the door the night of the show (if shows are not sold-out).

www.swaneetheatre.com is the official website for tickets.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent via email and text if you opt in. The email will come from E-tix, not from The Swanee Theatre or the City of Kannapolis.

Tickets do not need to be printed, they may be scanned from your phone. Printed tickets will also be accepted.

Where can i park?

Downtown Kannapolis has many free, public parking options available. Click here for more information. Paid parking is also available in the VIDA Parking Deck across the street.

Is there a dress code?

The Swanee Theatre offers a variety of events and programs including concerts, dance experiences, and even DJ Nights. There is no standard dress code for our events, but tasteful dress is always appropriate and appreciated. Shoes and Shirts are required.

We offer many different events and concerts that encourage dressing for a specific theme such as 80’s night, disco theme, etc. Be sure to check the event info on our website or social media for these special themes!

Are food or drink available?

We provide a full bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices as well as basic concession-style food/snacks for purchase. Outside food is permitted but no outside drinks are allowed.

Do you take cash for tickets at the door and for concessions?

We take cash and credit cards for tickets at the door and concessions.

Is the Swanee Theatre 21+ only?

The standard age for entry is 18+ unless otherwise noted. Individuals under the age of 18 are permitted when accompanied by a legal guardian age 21 or older. Please be prepared to show I.D.

Please check the description for each show for any age restrictions.

What happens if a show is canceled or rescheduled?

Please follow us on Social Media (@TheSwaneeTheatre) for official updates regarding canceled or rescheduled shows. In the event of a canceled or rescheduled show, refunds will be issued for those who have purchased tickets.

Could I get a refund if I cannot attend the show?

All sales are final.

In the event that The Swanee Theatre issues a cancelation or rescheduling of a show, refunds will be issued.
